Statistical and Other Information. PROS may use Customer Data on an anonymized basis to provide, maintain, support, develop, and improve the Subscription Service and for PROS machine learning, artificial intelligence technologies and analytics; provided that in no event will PROS (a) disclose Customer Data in a non-aggregated form, or (b) incorporate Customer Data or Personal Data in a form that could identify Customer, Customer Data or any individual.
