STATISTICAL SUMMARIES. Upon request, no more frequently than biannually, the Union shall be provided summary statistical data according to job series, grade level, race, sex, age, and disability data of:
1. Promotion actions
2. Awards (special and performance)
3. Disciplinary and adverse actions 4. Workforce profile 5. Training as tracked in AgLearn.
STATISTICAL SUMMARIES. Upon request, the Employer will provide the Union the statistical data required to be maintained by EEOC regulations.
