Statistical Usage Data. Okta owns the statistical usage data derived from the operation of the Service, including data regarding web applications utilized in connection with the Service, configurations, log data, and the performance results for the Service (“Usage Data”). Nothing herein shall be construed as prohibiting Okta from utilizing the Usage Data for purposes of operating Okta’s business; provided that the Usage Data shall be de-identified and presented in the aggregate so that it will not disclose the identity of Customer or any User(s) to any third party.
Statistical Usage Data. Nothing herein shall be construed as prohibiting Circularise from utilizing the Usage Data for purposes of operating Circularise’s business; provided that the Usage Data shall be de-identified and presented in the aggregate so that it will not disclose the identity of Customer or any User(s) to any third party.
6. Fees, Expenses, and Taxes
Statistical Usage Data. SailPoint may collect, retain, and use, during and after the Term for purposes of SailPoint’s business, usage data that is derived from the operation of the SaaS Services, including patterns identified through the use of the SaaS Services and algorithms, log data, and data regarding the performance and availability of the Services (“Usage Data”). If SailPoint provides Usage Data to any third party (for example, a report on the aggregate number of identities governed with SailPoint's SaaS Services), such Usage Data shall be aggregated and anonymized so as not to disclose Customer’s or any User(s) identity.

XIX owns the statistical usage data derived from the operation of the Service, including data regarding web applications utilized in connection with the Service, configurations, log data, and the performance results for the Service (“Usage Data”). Nothing herein shall be construed as prohibiting XIX from utilizing the Usage Data to optimize and improve the Service or otherwise operate XIX’s business; provided that if XIX provides Usage Data to third parties, such Usage Data shall be de-identified and presented in the aggregate so that it will not disclose the identity of Customer or any User(s) to any third party.

SailPoint owns the statistical usage data derived from the operation of the SaaS Service, including data regarding applications utilized in connection with the SaaS Service, configurations, log data, and the performance results for the SaaS Service (“Usage Data”). Nothing herein shall be construed as prohibiting SailPoint from utilizing the Usage Data to monitor and improve the SaaS Service or otherwise operate SailPoint’s business; provided that if SailPoint provides Usage Data to third parties, such Usage Data shall be de-identified and presented in the aggregate so that it will not disclose the identity of Customer or any human User to any third party.

Circularise owns the statistical usage data derived from the operation of the Service, including data regarding web applications utilized in connection with the Service, configurations, log data, and the performance results for the Service (“Usage Data”). 6. Fees, Expenses, and Taxes
Statistical Usage Data. Scottsdale and its Affiliates may collect, use, and otherwise process Statistical Usage Data for our own analysis, analytics, marketing, and other internal business purposes, including, without limitation, sharing with sub processors for the purpose of improving Scottdale’s products and services. Except where You have expressly provided its written consent, Scottsdale will otherwise only disclose Statistical Usage Data if such data is (a) aggregated or anonymized; and (b) does not disclose the identity of You, specific Project or Your Authorized Users or any of Your Confidential Information.
