Statistical Usage Data. Okta owns the statistical usage data derived from the operation of the Service, including data regarding web applications utilized in connection with the Service, configurations, log data, and the performance results for the Service (“Usage Data”). Nothing herein shall be construed as prohibiting Okta from utilizing the Usage Data to optimize and improve the Service or otherwise operate Okta’s business; provided that if Okta provides Usage Data to third parties, such Usage Data shall be de-identified and presented in the aggregate so that it will not disclose the identity of Customer or any User(s) to any third party.
Statistical Usage Data. Customer acknowledges and agrees that Litera may collect, retain and use, both during and after the term of this Agreement, usage data that is derived from Customer’s use of the Software (“Usage Data”). Usage Data does not include any Customer Content. Litera will use the Usage Data for purposes of Litera’s business only, and will not sell Usage Data to any third party.

Circularise owns the statistical usage data derived from the operation of the Service, including data regarding web applications utilized in connection with the Service, configurations, log data, and the performance results for the Service (“Usage Data”). Nothing herein shall be construed as prohibiting Circularise from utilizing the Usage Data for purposes of operating Circularise’s business; provided that the Usage Data shall be de-identified and presented in the aggregate so that it will not disclose the identity of Customer or any User(s) to any third party.
6. Fees, Expenses, and Taxes
Statistical Usage Data. Gryphon owns the statistical usage data derived from the operation of the Service, including data regarding web applications utilized in connection with the Service, configurations, log data, and the performance results for the Service (“Usage Data”). Nothing herein shall be construed as prohibiting Gryphon from utilizing the Usage Data to optimize and improve the Service or otherwise operate Gryphon’s business; provided that if Gryphon provides Usage Data to third parties, such Usage Data shall be de-identified and presented in the aggregate so that it will not disclose the identity of Customer or any User(s) to any third party.
Statistical Usage Data. Memcyco owns the statistical usage data derived from the operation of the SAAS Product, including log data, and the performance results for the SAAS Product (“Usage Data”). Nothing herein shall be construed as prohibiting Memcyco from utilizing the Usage Data for purposes of operating Memcyco’s business; provided that the Usage Data shall be de-identified and presented in the aggregate so that it will not disclose the identity of Customer or any User(s) to any third party.

XIX owns the statistical usage data derived from the operation of the Service, including data regarding web applications utilized in connection with the Service, configurations, log data, and the performance results for the Service (“Usage Data”). Nothing herein shall be construed as prohibiting XIX from utilizing the Usage Data to optimize and improve the Service or otherwise operate XIX’s business; provided that if XIX provides Usage Data to third parties, such Usage Data shall be de-identified and presented in the aggregate so that it will not disclose the identity of Customer or any User(s) to any third party.

SailPoint owns the statistical usage data derived from the operation of the SaaS Service, including data regarding applications utilized in connection with the SaaS Service, configurations, log data, and the performance results for the SaaS Service (“Usage Data”). Nothing herein shall be construed as prohibiting SailPoint from utilizing the Usage Data to monitor and improve the SaaS Service or otherwise operate SailPoint’s business; provided that if SailPoint provides Usage Data to third parties, such Usage Data shall be de-identified and presented in the aggregate so that it will not disclose the identity of Customer or any human User to any third party.
Statistical Usage Data. ActivTrak owns the statistical usage data derived from the operation of the Service, including data regarding web applications utilized in connection with the Service, configurations, log data, and the performance results for the Service (“Usage Data”). Nothing herein shall be construed as prohibiting ActivTrak from utilizing the Usage Data to optimize and improve the Service or otherwise operate ActivTrak’s business; provided that if ActivTrak provides Usage Data to third parties, such Usage Data shall be anonymized and presented in the aggregate so that it will not disclose the identity of Customer or any User(s) to any third party.
Statistical Usage Data. Circularise owns the statistical usage data derived from the operation of the Service, including data regarding web applications utilized in connection with the Service, configurations, log data, and the performance results for the Service (“Usage Data”). Nothing herein shall be construed as prohibiting Circularise from utilizing the Usage Data for purposes of operating Circularise’s business; provided that the Usage Data shall be de-identified and CIRCULARISE MASTER SUBSCRIPTION AGREEMENT V230519 - PAGE 4 OF 12 presented in the aggregate so that it will not disclose the identity of Customer or any User(s) to any third party.
6. Fees, Expenses, and Taxes
Statistical Usage Data. Confluent may from time to time use and process data about Customer’s use of the Cloud Service for the purpose of creating statistics and analytics data. Confluent will use such data only for its own internal business purposes, including to maintain and improve its products and services and to monitor and analyse its activities in connection with the performance of such services.
