Statue of Previous Agreements. 1.1 This Participation Agreement (the "Agreement") does not in any way amend or modify the Previous Agreements entered into by the parties herein. For avoidance of doubt, the Previous Agreements, as well as the Business Agreement by and between the Companies and the Underwriter dated May 30, 2002 (the "Business Agreement") shall remain in full force and effect.
