Status as Independent Contractors. Nothing contained in this agreement shall be construed to constitute the Subgrantee or any of its employees, servants, agents or subcontractors as a partner, employee, servant, or agent of ARC, nor shall either party to this agreement have any authority to bind the other in any respect, it being intended that each shall remain an independent contractor.
