Status of Redeemed Units. Any Class A Preferred Units that shall at any time have been redeemed or otherwise acquired by the Company shall, after such redemption or acquisition, have the status of authorized but unissued units of membership interest of the Company which may be issued by the Board from time to time at its discretion.
