Common use of Status of Relationship Clause in Contracts

Status of Relationship. In the capacity as an independent contractor, neither Wonder nor Consultant (i) shall serve as an officer, director or employee of the Company, (ii) shall have authority to make any managerial decisions on behalf of the Company, and (iii) shall represent, directly or indirectly, that either has authority to make any managerial decisions on behalf of the Company.
