Status of Said Club. The Said Club (defined in Clause 10.1 below) shall be and be deemed to be a constituent of the Common Portions and the Buyer shall have undivided, impartible, proportionate and variable share and/or interest in the Said Club, subject to the other provisions of this Agreement specifically with regard to the Said Club.
