Common use of Status of the Guarantee Clause in Contracts

Status of the Guarantee. The obligations of the Guarantor under the Guarantee are direct, unconditional, unsubordinated and (subject to the provisions of Condition 4) unsecured obligations of the Guarantor and (save for certain obligations required to be preferred by law) rank equally with all other unsecured obligations (other than subordinated obligations, if any) of the Guarantor, from time to time outstanding.

Status of the Guarantee. The obligations of the Guarantor under the Guarantee are direct, unconditional, unsubordinated unconditional and (subject to the provisions of Condition 4) unsecured obligations of the Guarantor and (save for certain obligations required to be preferred by law) rank equally and will rank pari passu with all other outstanding unsecured and unsubordinated obligations (other than subordinated obligations, if any) of the Guarantor, from time present and future, but, in the event of insolvency, only to time outstandingthe extent permitted by applicable laws relating to creditors’ rights.

Status of the Guarantee. The obligations of the Guarantor under the Guarantee in respect of the Notes are direct, unconditional, unsubordinated and (subject to the provisions of Condition 4) unsecured obligations of the Guarantor and rank pari passu among themselves and (save for certain obligations required to be preferred by law) rank equally with all other unsecured obligations (other than subordinated obligations, if any) of the Guarantor, from time to time outstanding.

Status of the Guarantee. The obligations of the Guarantor under the Guarantee are direct, unconditional, unsubordinated and (subject to the provisions of Condition 43) unsecured obligations of the Guarantor and (save for certain obligations required to be preferred by law) rank equally with all other unsecured obligations (other than subordinated obligations, if any) of the Guarantor, from time to time outstanding.

Status of the Guarantee. The obligations of the each Guarantor under the relevant Guarantee are constitute direct, unconditional, unsubordinated unconditional and (subject to the provisions of Condition 44.1 (Negative Pledge)) unsecured obligations of the such Guarantor and (save for certain obligations required to be preferred by lawsubject as provided above) rank equally and will rank pari passu with all other outstanding unsecured and unsubordinated obligations (other than subordinated obligations, if any) of the such Guarantor, from time present and future, but, in the event of insolvency, only to time outstandingthe extent permitted by applicable laws relating to creditors’ rights.

The obligations of the Guarantor under the Guarantee are direct, unconditional, unsubordinated and (subject to the provisions of Condition 44 (Negative Pledge)) unsecured obligations of the Guarantor and rank and will rank pari passu among themselves and (save for certain obligations required to be preferred by law) rank equally with all other unsecured obligations (other than subordinated obligations, if any) of the Guarantor, from time to time outstanding.

Status of the Guarantee. The obligations of the Guarantor under the this Guarantee are constitute direct, unconditional, unsubordinated and (subject to the provisions of Condition 4sentence below) unsecured obligations of the Guarantor and shall at all times rank (save for certain obligations exceptions required to be preferred by law) rank equally and rateably with all other present or future unsecured and unsubordinated indebtedness and monetary obligations (other than subordinated obligations, if any) of the Guarantor, from time to time outstanding.
