Common use of Status upon Termination Clause in Contracts

Status upon Termination. The termination of this Agreement, and the Employee’s employment hereunder, for any reason whatsoever shall constitute the Employee’s effective termination and resignation from any other positions or duties with the Company and all of its affiliates.
