Common use of Statute or Decree Clause in Contracts

Statute or Decree. No Applicable Law or Order shall have been enacted, entered, promulgated or enforced by any Government Authority, which remains in effect and which prohibits the consummation of the Merger or otherwise makes the Merger illegal.
