Statutes; Agreements. A reference to a statute includes all regulations and rules made pursuant to such statute and, unless otherwise specified, the provisions of any statute, regulation or rule which amends, supplements or supersedes any such statute, regulation or rule. A reference to an agreement, indenture, debenture or contract will be deemed to be a reference to such document as supplemented, amended, restated, replaced or otherwise modified from time to time.
