Common use of Statutory Holidays Worked Clause in Contracts

Statutory Holidays Worked. All work performed on Statutory Holidays shall be paid at time and one half (1½) in addition to regular pay for that day. All work performed over twelve (12) hours in one day shall be paid at two (2) times regular pay in addition to regular pay for that day.
