STATUTORY INFORMATION. For the avoidance of doubt this Agreement also constitutes the statement of particulars of terms and conditions of employment which is required to be given to the Executive Director by Section 1 Employment Rights Xxx 0000 as amended.

STATUTORY INFORMATION. Addendum B hereto (in addition to this Agreement) constitutes a written statement as at the date hereof of the terms of employment of the Executive in compliance with the provisions of the Employment Rights Axx 0000; it does not form part of the contract of employment and may be varied by IKON by notice in writing to the Executive of any changes applicable to his employment.
STATUTORY INFORMATION. The terms set out in this Agreement include those required to be included in a statement of the terms of your employment under section 1 and 2 of the Employment Rights Xxx 0000, and this Agreement is therefore also the statement required to be given to you. In order to meet the statutory requirements the Company is required to give particulars of any collective agreements applicable to your employment: there are no such collective agreements applicable by your employment.

In accordance with Section 32 of the French Data Protection Act “Loi No. 78-17 Informatique et Libertés” of 6 January 1978 as amended, the notary’s office has a data processing system to carry out notarial activities, in particular, formalities of deeds. To such end, the notarial firm shall be required to store data relating to the Parties and to disclose such data to certain authorities, inter alia to the land registry for the purposes of registration of deeds of sale, and for cadastral, accounting and tax purposes. Each party may exercise its rights to access and correct the data relating to it by contacting the ADSN: Data Protection Service, 90 xxxxxx xxx Xxxxxxxxx, 00000 XXXXXXXX, xxx-xxxx@xxxxxxxx.xx, 0820.845.988. For the sole deeds relating to property transfers, certain data on the property and its price, unless one of the parties objects to the office, shall be recorded in a property data base for statistics.
STATUTORY INFORMATION. In terms of the Regulations promulgated on 31 May 2006 in terms of National Credit Act of 2005, the SAVF discloses the following information:
16.1. Complaint to the National Credit Regulator ("the Regulator")
16.1.1. Should the Grant Recipient or the Supervisor believe that The SAVF has contravened the National Credit Act, either or both may submit a complaint to the Regulator.
16.1.2. Any such complaint must be submitted in the form and manner referred to in Regulation 50.
STATUTORY INFORMATION. 17.1 The information in this Agreement constitutes a written statement of the terms of employment of the Executive in accordance with the provisions of the Act.
17.2 There are no collective agreements in force in connection with the employment of the Executive.
