Common use of Statutory Withholdings Clause in Contracts

Statutory Withholdings. The Consultant agrees to make and remit all statutory withholdings as may be required to be made by the Consultant in connection with the performance of its services for the Company.

Statutory Withholdings. The Consultant agrees to make and remit all statutory withholdings as may be required to by it in respect of the Consultant’s employees, servants, agents, consultants, administrators, successors and assigns who may be made by the Consultant involved in connection with the performance of its services the Services for the Company. At the request of the Company, the Consultant shall provide to the Company satisfactory evidence of such statutory withholdings having been made.

Statutory Withholdings. The Consultant agrees to make and remit all statutory withholdings as may be required to by it in respect of the Consultants' other employees, sub-consultants, officers or directors who may be made by the Consultant involved in connection with the performance of its services the Services for the Company. At the request of the Company, the Consultant shall provide to the Company satisfactory evidence of such statutory withholdings having been made.
