Withholdings; Deductions. Teacher pay shall be subject to all applicable withholding for Federal and State taxes, FICA, and Social Security, insurance deductions (if applicable) and any special deductions allowed by the District. Withholding of special deductions will be implemented by the District upon receipt of a signed written request by the individual teacher which must be received by the District no later than September 1st of the school year. Thereafter, the deduction shall remain in effect until written notification of cancellation or change is received and processed by the District.
