Stay of Pending Claims. The Supporting Parties hereby agree that all Pending Claims shall be stayed during the pendency of this Agreement, and no Supporting Party will continue to prosecute any of the Pending Claims. The Supporting Parties will cooperate with one another in filing all such motions or notices as may be necessary to suspend and stay the Pending Claims.
