Common use of Stay or Retention Bonus Clause in Contracts

Stay or Retention Bonus. Employee is entitled to a retention bonus in accordance with the provisions of Schedule A; provided, however, that for purposes of determining whether Employee is entitled to such retention bonus, the termination of Employee's employment by Employee following a Constructive Termination Event (as defined herein) shall be deemed to be an "involuntarily" termination.
