Step 1 / Intermediate Supervisor. The employee and the employee’s representative shall submit a written statement of the grievance to the intermediate supervisor within fifteen (15) calendar days after the facts or event giving rise to the grievance or within fifteen (15) calendar days from such time as the employee or UNION should have known of the occurrence thereof except for cases alleging sexual harassment, in which case the time limit herein shall be four (4) months.
