Common use of Stock Listing Clause in Contracts

Stock Listing. The Company shall have the Common Shares in an amount equal to the Maximum Share Amount approved for quotation or listing, prior to issuance, upon the Principal Market upon which the Common Stock is listed or traded at the time of issuance of such Common Shares and shall use its best efforts to maintain such listing.

Stock Listing. The Company shall have the Common Shares in an amount equal to the Maximum Share Amount maximum number of Common Shares issuable under this Agreement (assuming issuance at the Floor Price) approved for quotation or listing, prior to issuance, upon the Principal Market upon which the Common Stock is listed or traded at the time of issuance of such Common Shares and shall use its best efforts to maintain such listing.
