STOCK MARKET OPERATION NOTICE. Within one business day of becoming aware of the execution of an order, SGSS will inform the Account Holder by way of an operation notice stating the quantity of traded securities, the date and time of execution, the market on which the order was executed, the execution price, any related commission, taxes, and levies, and the net amount owed to the Account Holder (or the amount to be paid to SGSS in the case of a purchase). Claims related to operations appearing on a notice must be reported within a period of three business days after it is received or, where applicable, made available on the SHARINBOX website.
