Common use of Stock Options and Other Equity Clause in Contracts

Stock Options and Other Equity. Notwithstanding anything contained in this Agreement to the contrary, the treatment of any stock options and other equity held by the Employee on the Termination Date shall be subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable plan documents and agreements in accordance with the terms set forth in Schedules A, B and C attached hereto ("Applicable Equity Agreements") and the terms of the Applicable Equity Agreements shall govern the treatment of such options and equity in the event of Employee's termination.
