Common use of Stock Purchase Clause in Contracts

Stock Purchase. At the Closing, upon the terms and subject to the conditions set forth in this Agreement, Seller shall sell, assign, transfer and deliver to Purchaser, and Purchaser shall purchase and acquire from Seller, all of the Stock owned by Seller, free and clear of all Liens.

Stock Purchase. At the ClosingClosing (as hereinafter defined), upon subject to the terms and subject to conditions herein contained, the conditions set forth in this Agreement, Seller shall sell, assignconvey, transfer transfer, assign and deliver to Purchaserthe Buyer, and Purchaser the Buyer shall purchase and acquire from Selleracquire, the Shares, together with all of the Stock owned by Seller, free rights and clear of all Liensinterests associated therewith.
