Issuance of the Isodiol Shares shall be subject in all respects to Isodiol’s transfer agent protocols, bear all restrictive legends applicable to private placements of securities in the country of issuance of the Isodiol Shares, and be subject to escrow with an additional ‘lock up’ of the Isodiol Shares to be released in six (6) equal installments on each six

Issuance of the Isodiol Shares shall be subject in all respects to Isodiol’s 's transfer agent protocols, bear all restrictive legends applicable to private placements of securities in the country of issuance of the Isodiol Shares, and be subject to escrow with an additional ‘'lock up’ ' of the Isodiol Shares to be released in six four (64) equal installments on each sixsix (6) month anniversary of closing (i.e., within a total of twenty-four (24) months from closing) (collectively, the "Isodiol Shares Restrictions").
