Stock Splits; Combinations. If the Corporation, in any manner, subdivides or combines (by stock split, stock dividend or otherwise) the issued and the outstanding shares of any class of Common Stock, the issued and outstanding shares of the other class of Common Stock will be proportionately subdivided or combined , unless the Corporation obtains the prior affirmative vote or consent of the holders of all of the issued and outstanding shares of the Class A Common and the Class B Common voting together as a single class.
