Stockholder Business. (A) Only such Business shall be conducted at an annual or special meeting of stockholders of the Corporation as shall have been brought before such meeting in compliance with the procedures set forth in this Section 1.11, and any Business not brought in accordance with this Section 1.11 shall not be considered nor acted upon at such meeting of stockholders.
