Stockholder List. At least ten (10) days before each meeting of stockholders, a complete list of stockholders entitled to vote at each such meeting or in any adjournment thereof, arranged in alphabetical order, with the address of and the number of shares held by each, will be prepared by the secretary. Such list will be open to the examination of any stockholder, for any purpose germane to the meeting, during ordinary business hours for such ten (10) day period either at a place within the city where the meeting is to be held, or, if not so specified, the place where the meeting is to be held. Such list will also be produced and kept open at the time and place of the meeting.
