STOCKHOLDERS' RELEASE. Stockholders shall have delivered to Parent an instrument dated the Closing Date releasing Company from (i) any and all claims of Stockholders against Company and Parent and (ii) obligations of Company and Parent to Stockholders, except for (x) items specifically identified on Schedules 6.8 and 6.13 as being claims of or obligations to Stockholders and (y) obligations arising under this Agreement or the transactions contemplated hereby.
