By written notice Buyer may require Seller to stop work for a period not to exceed 90 days in accordance with the clause at FAR 52.242-15 "Stop Work Order (Aug 1989)", incorporated by reference and altered to insert "Buyer" and "Buyer's Purchasing Representative" for "Government" and "Contracting Officer", and to substitute "Seller" for "Contractor."
