STORAGE AND ACQUISITION OF MATERIALS. 9.1 Pre-Production. CBSW will store at the expense of Client any Client Materials, equipment or other property delivered pursuant to the Development Plan or the Production Plan to the Facility by Client more than [***] days prior to the Commencement Date. The storage rates are set forth in Schedule 11.1, as may be amended from time to time by CBSW. No storage fees will be charged during the period starting [***] days prior to a Commencement Date and ending upon the expiration or termination of the applicable Production Term.
