6.2 Receiving/Logistics/Dock: All deliveries must reference a valid MD Xxxxxxxx Purchase Order Number or risk being turned away. Purchase Orders for goods not delivered to a MD Xxxxxxxx receiving dock risk payment delays, unless otherwise stated in the Agreement.

Materials Management. CBSW will use reasonable efforts to have on hand enough supplies, other Client Materials, equipment or other property necessary to the manufacture of the Product, so as to avoid creating delays in the production of the Product.

Horizon shall provide the following materials FOB at BTS Company's warehouse location as identified from time to time, but initially located in Fort Wayne, Indiana: All Anxxxxxs, microwave antennas, hardware and fines, GPS antennas, hardware and lines, Coaxial Cable, Jumpers, Connectors, Waterproof Kits, Hoisting Grips, Mounting Brackets, Generators, Battery Backup kits, BTS equipment and BTS Mounting platforms or equipment.
b. BIS Company will provide at its cost and retain possession of at expiration or earlier termination of the relevant site lease, tower platforms, ice bridges, towers, fencing, grounding systems, power and telephone connections to a central demarcation point within the tower compound, and a concrete equipment pad as specified by site diagrams for Horizon's BTS Equipment and Battery Backup.
c. BTS Company will install each of the foregoing to agreed upon specifications, perform sweep tests and document results meeting or exceeding Horizon standards and set Horizon BTS equipment and connect to grounding system and provide resistance to ground tests yielding 5 ohms or less, for a fee defined in Schedule "C". BTS Company shall provide conduit for electrical and telephone connections from central demarc point to Horizons BTS Equipment location and will pull coaxial cables into the "doghouse" and install jumpers. Horizon shall be responsible for connecting power, telephone and coaxial cable jumpers to Horizon's BTS equipment.
d. BTS Company will provide warehouse space for storage and staging of Horizon and BTS Company's equipment and will implement inventory control and security processes acceptable to Horizon.

(a) be supplied to CM by HP on consignment; and/or (b) obtained by CM from vendors approved by HP ("turnkey") Such consigned/turnkey materials are specified in Schedule 3.

Materials Management. 13.1 HOME OFFICE MATERIALS MANAGEMENT Contractor shall prepare and implement a materials management plan. Contractor’s materials management plan describes the roles and responsibilities, home office material management activities, site materials management activities, materials management at fabrication yards, and materials management systems to be used by the Contractor.
Materials Management. Developer agrees to incorporate infrastructure to support recycling activities on-site, including the provision of recycling collection locations near those dedicated for trash. During construction, Developer will provide recycling collection on-site.
