Storage and Related Matters. If Lessor gives written notice to Lessee not less than 60 days nor more than 180 days prior to the end of the Term requesting storage of the Aircraft upon its return hereunder, Lessee will provide Lessor, or cause Lessor to be provided, with outdoor parking facilities for the Aircraft at the airport where the Aircraft is returned for a period up to 60 days, commencing on the date of such return at Lessor's expense; provided, that if such termination occurs as a result of an Event of Default, such storage shall be at the Lessee's expense. Lessee shall maintain in effect during such storage period insurance covering the Aircraft to the extent such insurance is available at reasonable commercial rates, and in such amounts and against such risks as would be customarily carried in similar circumstances by a reasonably prudent lessor, with such insurance being paid for by the Lessor; provided, that if such termination occurs as a result of an Event of Default, the Lessee will cooperate with the Lessor in obtaining such insurance at the Lessee's expense.
