Seller's available power production considering state of charge (Power Possible) will be supplied as an accurate representation of the amount of maximum and minimum (negative) available active power at the Point of Interconnection and the duration available at the current dispatch. If the Facility allows for allocation of capacity to different modes of operation (i.e., reservation of capacity for regulation or contingency response), then the available capacity in each allocated region shall be reported individually and controlled separately through separately designated dispatch or active power control interface.
