Storage of personal property left in the property after you leave We will remove and store all personal property left in the premises after the termination date for a period of 28 days. We will notify you by formal legal notice of this at your last known or forwarding address. If the items are not collected within 28 days we will dispose of them or sell items of value to recoup our costs of storage or disposal. You are liable for our reasonable costs of storage and disposal.
