Storage of Check Images. Bank shall store Check Images and other Check information on the Remote Deposit Capture System in accordance with Bank's record retention schedule, and shall make such information available to Customer according to the applicable User Guide s and fee schedule. If the Remote Deposit Capture Services are terminated, Customer may obtain Check Images or Check information at the price outlined in the fee schedule.
