Common use of STORAGE OF METADATA Clause in Contracts

STORAGE OF METADATA. The Recall Service will retain Metadata for the defined period of time selected by End User and stated in the applicable Order (the “Storage Period”). Metadata will be erased at the end of the applicable Storage Period, and new Metadata will be stored in its place, so that at any time during the Subscription term, Metadata derived by the Recall Service for the most recent Storage Period will be accessible to End User. By way of example, and without limiting the generality of the foregoing, if End User purchases a 4-week Storage Period, then at any point during the Subscription term End User will have access to the Metadata from the immediately preceding 4-week period, but not to any Metadata derived before then.
