Common use of STORAGE PROHIBITIONS Clause in Contracts

STORAGE PROHIBITIONS. Resident agrees to keep the interior of the Premises clean at all times and free from damage and clutter. It is understood that no items are to be left or stored outside of the Premises or on the balconies or patios. Resident agrees to keep any and all items (including but not limited to mops, brooms, rugs, toys, and waste containers) inside the Premises or in the storage space provided. Resident shall refrain from storing gasoline or other flammable liquids in the unit.
