Storage Voltage Support Service Verification. Prior to COD, Owner and CHGE shall test and certify the Project’s ability to both produce and absorb reactive power (collectively, “Voltage Stability Services”) as defined in the NYISO tariff. Such testing and verification shall be done in coordination with NYISO and according to the test procedures detailed by NYISO Manual 2 “Ancillary Services” or by successor requirements as determined by NYISO.
