Storm. The representations and warranties regarding Storm contained in Schedule 4.6 (the “Storm Warranties”), (a) which are not qualified as to materiality and do not specify dollar amounts, are true and correct in all material respects on and as of the respective dates on which the Storm Warranties are expressed in Schedule 4.6 to be made and (b) which are qualified as to materiality or specify dollar amounts, are true and correct on and as of the respective dates on which the Storm Warranties are expressed in Schedule 4.6 to be made.

Storm. Individually or collectively, a named tropical storm or hurricane, a tornado, ice storm or snow storm, flood, an earthquake, or other significant weather or natural disaster.
Storm. The project will meet the City’s stormwater requirements. If possible, stormwater runoff will be controlled by use of pervious pavements in private roads and a subsurface infiltration vault for other impervious surfaces. Water quality treatment facilities will be designed to meet City of Issaquah stormwater standards. The stormwater facilities will be located in easements and will be owned and maintained by the property owner(s).
Storm. It is recognized that despite their best efforts, some employees may be unable to report to work on time because of blocked highways. In such cases the employees shall notify their supervisor, if possible, of their difficulty and providing they arrive within two (2) hours of the scheduled start time, there will be no reduction from their regular pay. A storm is wind with a speed of at least 18 meters per second. If it is impossible to determine the wind speed, the storm is deemed as being wind that has caused damage to the buildings or items in perfect condition located in the surroundings of the insurance location. Storm damage is also deemed as being such damage to the object of insurance that could only occur in consequence of a storm. 3.7.3. In case of a storm, the following shall not be compensated for: a) damage directly or indirectly caused by flood, incl. a flood caused by storm; b) damage caused by precipitation penetrating into the building through unclosed openings or structures, unless the openings have emerged due to the circumstances listed in clause 3.7.1; c) damage to buildings under construction and property therein.
