Common use of Storm Sewers Clause in Contracts

Storm Sewers. The Subdivider shall install storm sewers, with appurtenances, catch basins and leads sufficient to drain the Phase 3 Land properly and to drain abutting real property as required by the Municipal Engineer; and the following provisions shall apply to the storm sewer works:
