Stormwater Design. Quality Control
Stormwater Design. A statement from a licensed engineer as to the adequacy of the stormwater management program to serve the watershed area within which the project is listed.
Stormwater Design. The Newport Avenue stormwater design will be developed through final design to replace the Newport Trunk Line from College Way to the outfall at the Deschutes River. Design elements to include conveyance pipe (sized as part of subtask 6.2), collection facilities, water quality treatment (developed as part of subtask 6.3), and disposal facilities, as required.
Stormwater Design. The preliminary stormwater design will utilize the Low Impact Design (LID) options discussed in the Central Oregon Stormwater Manual. The stormwater and landscape design will need to be coordinated. The preliminary design will include a drainage basin analysis, stormwater calculations, and the selection of LID Stormwater method(s) to be utilized. Deliverables: • Draft and Final technical stormwater memorandum for the preliminary design report.
Stormwater Design. This task advances the stormwater design to 90%l. It will incorporate updates from property owner coordination, structural, landscape, utility, and roadway updates. Assumptions ▪ Comments from the 90% plan review will be incorporated. ▪ No new sheets will be added after the 90% submittal. ▪ Water quality treatment and flow control facilities will not be required. ▪ Stormwater runoff is currently managed by full dispersion.
Stormwater Design. This task includes design and preparation of documents for the 30%, 60%, 90%, and Final deliverables. • Design of the proposed stormwater improvements to meet the City’s stormwater management requirements • Analysis of the proposed stormwater improvements will be performed as part of subtask 6.2 and all proposed improvements will be modeled using the City’s Xxxxxx Butte model. The model, with all of the SAB project improvements, will be run as a complete basin analysis. • Prepare the stormwater plan and profile sheets for all SAB projects. • Prepare the pipe data sheets. • Prepare the stormwater details for all SAB projects. • Preparation of one SAB stormwater report that summarizes the fifteen (15) SAB projects and includes design assumptions, basin modeling results, and design calculations.
Stormwater Design. This task includes the effort to update the stormwater Technical Information Report (TIR), and analyze the level of redesign required, if any, for stormwater flow control and quality treatment facilities triggered by the added NUD work. Efforts under this task include:
5.1 Analyze Level of Stormwater Facility Redesign: Due to expanded disturbance limits associated with NUD work, proposed stormwater flow control or quality facilities must be analyzed to determine if redesign is necessary. Actual redesign of stormwater facilities is not included in this scope and will require a supplement if deemed necessary.
5.2 Revise Technical Information Report (TIR): Due to expanded disturbance limits, we have confirmed with the City that the stormwater TIR must be revised to update impacted surface areas, figures, tables, calculations, conclusions, etc. associated with the added NUD work. The new PRV Consolidation work sites will be required to be included in the revised TIR. The TIR will be updated and submitted at the 60%, 90%, and Final design levels to reflect any design changes or review comments.
Stormwater Design. This task involves updating and advancing the 30% design along with addressing review comments from the County. The 60% plans will be used as the basis for environmental permitting and property acquisition. The 60% Design Stormwater Plan Sheets: ▪ Stormwater Management Plan – 1 sheets ▪ Erosion and Sediment Control Plan – 1 sheet ▪ Erosion and Sediment Control Details – 2 sheets Deliverables ▪ Electronic copy of 60% Stormwater Plans plus providing updates for the County Basis of Design Report
Stormwater Design. The CONSULTANT will provide a final stormwater report based on intermediate design addressed in Section 8.1 above and City/State Stormwater Regulations. The final stormwater report shall include:
Stormwater Design. Stormwater Design - The CONSULTANT will conduct a preliminary drainage analysis of the project site area and drainage basin. The CONSULTANT will evaluate the use of new infiltration facilities on the CITY’s parcel as shown in Figure 5. CONSULTANT will develop the stormwater design to accommodate runoff from the future parking lot planned for the CITY parcel adjacent to Trails End Road as shown in Figure 5. The FRONTAGE project will not include design of the CITY’s on-site parking lot, but it will include coordination with CITY designers to verify the feasibility of the future connection of on-site facilities.
