Stormwater Report. The team’s Civil Engineer, Wallis Engineering, will prepare a stormwater design and report based on the infiltration rates, proposed design, and City requirements. The Stormwater Report will be generated at the 60% level and updated at 90% and 100% for permitting.
Stormwater Report. A stormwater technical information report (TIR) and associated modeling will be prepared for the project based on the Client’s final site layout in accordance with Cowlitz County requirements. The stormwater report will be submitted to Cowlitz County for review and approval. It is anticipated that 2-3 iterations of site layout and preliminary stormwater modeling may be required to determine the optimized final stormwater layout.
Stormwater Report. The Consultant shall prepare a stormwater report that details and summarizes the methodology and results. The report shall be for permitting purposes and will address regulatory requirements.

Stormwater Report. ‌ The CONSULTANT will provide a draft stormwater report based on intermediate design addressed in section 8.1 above and City/State stormwater regulations. • The report will include written descriptions of existing and post project conditions, a discussion on how the project is proposing to meet each applicable minimum requirements as well as Appendices containing basin maps, design criteria, flow control calculations for the contributing basin areas, water quality treatment calculations if needed, conveyance calculations, and applicable project-specific reports such as a geotechnical report, critical areas reports, etc.

Revisions will be made, and a Draft Final Stormwater Report will be submitted to the County for review with the 90% Design Submittal.   • Contractor Sales Reporting Vendor Management Fee Contractor Reports Cooperative Master Contract Sales Reporting. Contractor shall report total Cooperative Master Contract sales quarterly to Enterprise Services, as set forth below. Cooperative Master Contract Sales Reporting System. Contractor shall report quarterly Cooperative Master Contract sales in Enterprise Services’ Cooperative Master Contract Sales Reporting System. Enterprise Services will provide Contractor with a login password and a vendor number. The password and vendor number will be provided to the Sales Reporting Representative(s) listed on Contractor’s Bidder Profile. Data. Each sales report must identify every authorized Purchaser by name as it is known to Enterprise Services and its total combined sales amount invoiced during the reporting period (i.e., sales of an entire agency or political subdivision, not its individual subsections). The “Miscellaneous” option may be used only with prior approval by Enterprise Services. Upon request, Contractor shall provide contact information for all authorized Purchasers specified herein during the term of the Cooperative Master Contract. If there are no Cooperative Master Contract sales during the reporting period, Contractor must report zero sales. Due dates for Cooperative Master Contract Sales Reporting. Quarterly Cooperative Master Contract Sales Reports must be submitted electronically by the following deadlines for all Cooperative Master Contract sales invoiced during the applicable calendar quarter: Vendor Management Fee. Contractor shall pay to Enterprise Services a vendor management fee (“VMF”) of 1.5 percent on the purchase price for all Cooperative Master Contract sales (the purchase price is the total invoice price less applicable sales tax). The sum owed by Contractor to Enterprise Services as a result of the VMF is calculated as follows: Amount owed to Enterprise Services = Total Cooperative Master Contract sales invoiced (not including sales tax) x .015. The VMF must be rolled into Contractor’s current pricing. The VMF must not be shown as a separate line item on any invoice unless specifically requested and approved by Enterprise Services. Enterprise Services will invoice Contractor quarterly based on Cooperative Master Contract sales reported by Contractor. Contractor is not to remit payment until Contractor receives an invoice from Enterprise Services. Contractor’s VMF payment to Enterprise Services must reference this Cooperative Master Contract number, the year and quarter for which the VMF is being remitted, and Contractor’s name as set forth in this Cooperative Master Contract, if not already included on the face of the check. Contractor’s failure to report accurate total net Cooperative Master Contract sales, to submit a timely Cooperative Master Contract sales report, or to remit timely payment of the VMF to Enterprise Services, may be cause for Enterprise Services to suspend Contractor or terminate this Cooperative Master Contract or exercise remedies provided by law. Without limiting any other available remedies, the parties agree that Contractor’s failure to remit to Enterprise Services timely payment of the VMF shall obligate Contractor to pay to Enterprise Services, to offset the administrative and transaction costs incurred by the State to identify, process, and collect such sums, the sum of $200.00 or twenty-five percent (25%) of the outstanding amount, whichever is greater, or the maximum allowed by law, if less. Enterprise Services reserves the right, upon thirty (30) calendar days advance written notice, to increase, reduce, or eliminate the VMF for subsequent purchases, and reserves the right to renegotiate Cooperative Master Contract pricing with Contractor when any subsequent adjustment of the VMF might justify a change in pricing. Annual Cooperative Master Contract Sales Report. Contractor shall provide to Enterprise Services a detailed annual Cooperative Master Contract sales report. Such report shall include, at a minimum: the Goods/Services sold (including, as applicable, item number or other identifier), per unit quantities sold, items and volumes purchased by Purchaser, shipment/delivery locations by Purchaser, and Cooperative Master Contract price. This report must be provided in an electronic format that can be read by Microsoft (MS) Excel. Such report is due within thirty (30) calendar days of the annual anniversary of the effective date of this Cooperative Master Contract.

  • Engineering Reports (a) Not less than 30 days prior to each Scheduled Borrowing Base Redetermination Date, commencing with the Scheduled Borrowing Base Redetermination to occur on or around March 15, 2007, the Borrower shall furnish to the Administrative Agent and the Lenders a Reserve Report. The Reserve Reports delivered in connection with each March 15 Scheduled Borrowing Base Redetermination, commencing March 15, 2007, shall be prepared by certified independent petroleum engineers or other independent petroleum consultant(s) acceptable to the Administrative Agent. The Reserve Reports delivered in connection with each September 15 Scheduled Borrowing Base Redetermination, commencing September 15, 2007, shall be prepared by or under the supervision of the chief engineer of the Borrower and a Responsible Officer shall certify such Reserve Report to be true and accurate and to have been prepared in accordance with the procedures used in the immediately preceding Scheduled Borrowing Base Redetermination Reserve Report. (b) In the event of an unscheduled redetermination, the Borrower shall furnish to the Administrative Agent and the Lenders a Reserve Report prepared by or under the supervision of the chief engineer of the Obligors together with the certificate of a Responsible Officer who shall certify such Reserve Report to be true and accurate and to have been prepared in accordance with the procedures used in the immediately preceding Reserve Report. For any unscheduled redetermination requested by the Lenders or the Borrower pursuant to Section 2.08(d), the Borrower shall provide such Reserve Report with an “as of” date as required by the Lenders as soon as possible, but in any event no later than 30 days following the receipt of the request by the Administrative Agent. (c) With the delivery of each Reserve Report, the Borrower shall provide, or cause to be provided, to the Administrative Agent and the Lenders, a certificate from a Responsible Officer certifying that, to the best of his knowledge and in all material respects: (i) the information contained in the Reserve Report and any other information delivered in connection therewith is true and correct, (ii) the Obligors and the Partnerships own good and marketable title to the Oil and Gas Properties evaluated in such Reserve Report and such Properties are free of all Liens except for Liens permitted by Section 9.03, (iii) except as set forth on an exhibit to the certificate, on a net basis there are no gas imbalances, take or pay or other prepayments with respect to its Oil and Gas Properties evaluated in such Reserve Report which would require any Obligor to deliver Hydrocarbons produced from such Oil and Gas Properties at some future time without then or thereafter receiving full payment therefor, (iv) none of Obligor’s or and the Partnerships’ Oil and Gas Properties have been sold since the date of the last Borrowing Base determination except as set forth on an exhibit to the certificate, which certificate shall list all of its Oil and Gas Properties sold and in such detail as reasonably required by the Administrative Agent, (v) attached to the certificate is a list of its Oil and Gas Properties added to and deleted from the immediately prior Reserve Report and a list showing any change in working interest or net revenue interest in its Oil and Gas Properties occurring and the reason for such change, (vi) attached to the certificate is a list of all Persons disbursing proceeds to the Obligors from their Oil and Gas Properties, and (vii) all of the Oil and Gas Properties evaluated by such Reserve Report are Mortgaged Property except as set forth on a schedule attached to the certificate.

  • Development Reports Beginning six months after Effective Date and ending on the date of first commercial sale of a Licensed Product in the United States, LICENSEE shall report to Cornell progress covering LICENSEE's (and Affiliate's and Sublicensee's) activities and efforts in the development of rights granted to LICENSEE under this Agreement for the preceding six months. The report shall include, but not be limited to, activities and efforts to develop and test all Licensed Products and obtain governmental approvals necessary for marketing the same. Such semi-annual reports shall be due within sixty days (60) of the reporting period and shall use the form as provided herein as Appendix C.
