STRATEGIC ADVISORY COMMITTEE. 4.1. Within 30 days after the Effective Date, SAVVIS and Bridge shall each appoint three senior executives to the "STRATEGIC ADVISORY COMMITTEE," and one outside consultant shall be jointly appointed by both parties. Any fees and expenses of such outside consultant incurred in connection with service on the Strategic Advisory Committee shall be shared equally by SAVVIS and Bridge. Each party shall have the right to change any or all of its representatives on the Strategic Advisory Committee upon written notice to the other party. A quorum of the Strategic Advisory Committee shall consist of four members, provided that at least two members appointed by each party are present. The Chair of the Strategic Advisory Committee shall be designated by Bridge from among the seven members of the Committee.
