Common use of Strategic Agreements Clause in Contracts

Strategic Agreements. The Company agrees that it will not enter into any strategic alliance, joint development or joint marketing agreement during the period from the date of this Agreement and continuing until the earlier of the termination of this Agreement and the Effective Time unless Parent shall have consented to such agreement(s) in writing. ARTICLE VII
