Strategic Management Reviews. 2.3.1 The Supplier Representative and Authority Representative shall meet to hold a Strategic Management Review every twelve (12) Months. The Authority sees these meetings as a vital element in developing a strategic relationship with the Supplier and to promote the building of a positive working relationship. The content of these meetings will be agreed between both Parties at least ten (10) Working Days before the date of the Strategic Management Review.
