Strategic Management Reviews. The Parties will hold strategic management reviews at six monthly intervals throughout the Term and for such period thereafter as the Authority (acting reasonably) considers necessary (“Strategic Management Reviews”). The Authority sees these meetings as a vital element in developing a strategic relationship with the Supplier and to promote the building of a positive working relationship. The content of these meetings will be agreed between both Parties at least fourteen (14) Working Days before the date of the Strategic Management Review. The Supplier will procure that the Supplier Representative shall attend each Strategic Management Review. The Strategic Management Review meeting will review and consider as a minimum: the identification and forecasting (at portfolio and Customer-specific levels, with the latter including advice to specific Customers in relation to budget setting) of non-energy costs. The Supplier will carry out (at intervals which the Authority, acting reasonably, considers appropriate) all activities required in order to provide such identification and forecasting; overall framework performance including Supplier’s supply chain performance including an assessment of the performance of, and potential to use, small and medium sized enterprises (SMEs) to deliver the services in accordance with the Authority’s policy in relation to SME’s from time to time; forward planning, opportunities and future efficiencies including standardisation and rationalisation; gain senior level support for future initiatives; benchmarking including progress against Government efficiency targets; market conditions (UK/global market share, financials); policy updates including emerging Government initiatives; and security and risk management.
