Section 227.7202, as applicable. Consistent with 48 C.F.R. Section 12.212 or 48 C.F.R. Commercial Price List Reductions Where NYS Net Prices are based on a discount from Contractor’s list prices, price decreases shall take effect automatically during the Contract term and apply to Purchase Orders submitted on or after the date Contractor lowers its pricing to its customers generally or to similarly situated government customers during the Contract term; or
Order Types As defined in FAR Part 16, Type of Contracts, all types of Fixed-Price, Cost-Reimbursement, Incentive, Time-and-Materials (T&M), and Labor-Hour (L-H) are permissible for Orders under the Basic Contract. In addition, the Award Term Incentive may be used for Orders under the Basic Contract. Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity, Blanket Purchase Agreements, and Letter Contracts are not permissible Order types under the Basic Contract. Orders may be multi-year and/or include options as defined in FAR Part 17 and agency-specific FAR Part 17 supplements.

Check Meters Developer, at its option and expense, may install and operate, on its premises and on its side of the Point of Interconnection, one or more check meters to check Connecting Transmission Owner’s meters. Such check meters shall be for check purposes only and shall not be used for the measurement of power flows for purposes of this Agreement, except as provided in Article 7.4 below. The check meters shall be subject at all reasonable times to inspection and examination by Connecting Transmission Owner or its designee. The installation, operation and maintenance thereof shall be performed entirely by Developer in accordance with Good Utility Practice.

Street Lighting 4.4.1 The Developer shall provide streetlights for the entire Subdivision at his sole expense. The type of lighting standard, pole spacing, and installation shall be per Memphis Light, Gas and Water standards. Memphis Light Gas and Water shall bill the City for installation of street lighting per its standards.

Technical Standards Applicable to a Wind Generating Plant i. Low Voltage Ride-Through (LVRT) Capability A wind generating plant shall be able to remain online during voltage disturbances up to the time periods and associated voltage levels set forth in the standard below. The LVRT standard provides for a transition period standard and a post-transition period standard.
