STREET TYPE LAMPPOST ITEMS. Item 2(a) - Remove ornamental lamppost. Make all necessary repairs or part replacement. Re-install lamppost or new lamppost (including painting with non-conductive paint). Item 2(a)1 - Replace missing ornamental lamppost, no foundation work required. (a) 2 - Furnish and install a hinged door cover on an ornamental lamppost (type B,M,F,BC, etc.) as per DWG No. D5312. Item 2(b) - Remove standard lamppost. Make all necessary repairs or part replacement. Re install lamppost or new lamppost. Re-installed or new lamppost must be painted with insulating (two coats of nonconductive) paint as per specifications. Item 2(b)1 - Replace missing lamppost. No foundation work required. Item 2(c) - Remove lamppost. Make all necessary repairs or part replacement. Re install lamppost or new lamppost on highways. Item 2(c)1 - Furnish labor and equipment necessary to remove a lamppost with all attachments. This item applies only when lamppost is not being re installed. Item 2(c)2 - Pick-up downed lamppost with all attachment (nonemergency), when directed by SL. Item 2(c)3 - Replace missing lamppost on highways, no foundation work required. Item 2(c)4 - Remove unauthorized attachments to lamppost. Item 2(c)5 - Straighten leaning lamppost on good foundation. Item 2(d) - Furnish complete fabricated steel lamppost as per SL Specifications No. 100 (includes base, 25 ft shaft, 8 ft arm and hardware). Item 2(d)1 - Furnish standard fabricated steel 20 inch base, with holddown lugs as per SL Specifications No. 100, and DWG No. H-3722-3A. Item 2(d)2 - Furnish fabricated steel 25 foot shaft (single) without hand hole, with one pole cap as per SL Specifications No. 100, and DWG Nos. H3722-3A, H-3722-4A, H-3722-5A and J-3722-8.
