Common use of STREETSCAPE PLAN Clause in Contracts

STREETSCAPE PLAN. The Owner COVENANTS AND AGREES to: a) install trees within the rights of way of all streets to be dedicated to the City in accordance with the approved landscape plan; b) provide security in an amount shown in Schedule D to the City to ensure compliance with the street tree planting requirements for this Agreement; c) plant trees having a minimum caliper of sixty millimeters (60mm); and d) coordinate the approved landscape plan with the approved utility plan. Maintain and post a copy of the Streetscape Plan in any home sales office/online for prospective home buyers to view.
