Strict Enforcement of Conditions and Limitations Upon Options. 37.4.1 Tenant hereby specifically acknowledges and agrees that the time limitations upon the exercise of any Option will be strictly enforced, that any attempt to exercise such Option at any other time shall be void and of no force or effect, and that if any such Option is not exercised within the applicable time period, Landlord intends immediately thereafter to undertake appropriate efforts relating to the marketing or management of the space affected by the Option. The period of time within which an Option may be exercised shall not be extended or enlarged by reason of Tenant’s inability to exercise such Option because of the provisions of this Subsection or for any other reason whatsoever.
